one must see a painting or contemporary fresco in person to appreciate it's true beauty. they are not flat but quite textural, with multiple layers and subtleties in the paint, stone, cracks or color that aren't readily picked up by photograph.
the stones are not kiln fired reproductions. they are original one of a kind paintings on natural stone. the paint seeps into the stone, fresco like, resonating an emotion of color in and on all of it's surfaces.
the paintings are on varied surfaces with multiple layers as well.

workshops and lectures
i teach hearts of stone workshops in private classes, schools, businesses and
institutions. this is art as therapy as well as a traditional art class experience.
students learn to break their own hearts, mend and paint them as they desire.
it is a cathartic, healing experience as well as a day of creative expression.
i also lecture in the roots and healing experience of hearts of stone.
